Expert Home Service is a veteran-owned HVAC company serving Tampa Bay and Central Florida since 1996. From our Tampa and Clermont offices we repair, install and maintain the systems that keep a Florida home comfortable: the air conditioner, the heat pump or furnace, the ductwork, the air filtration and the major appliances in the kitchen and laundry room.

Mini Splits →All AC Services →Most Florida homes heat with the same heat pump that cools them, and the heating side sits idle for most of the year. That is why it fails on the first cold morning. We repair and service heat pumps, furnaces and heat strips, and install new heating systems when a repair no longer makes sense.

The equipment is only half the system. The ducts carry the air, the filter cleans it, and in Florida humidity the two of them collect dust, debris and mold faster than almost anywhere else. If the house never feels clean no matter how hard the system runs, this is usually why.

Employees. Every technician is on our payroll, trained in-house, driving a company truck and accountable to founder Ray L'Heureux. We do not sub out residential work. The company that quoted the job is the company that warranties it.
