Absolutely amazing experience. Not only did the tech show up timely but resolve the issue within minutes. Was fortunate to only have a snake to have gotten into the unit and tried the capacitor along with himself. Mike was in and out within minutes resolving the issue and getting the AC flowing back into the house. After I paid the diagnostic fee, they ended up not servicing my refrigerator! Wanna know why? Because Ray exemplifies what honesty & integrity look like within a veteran owned business. Firstly, the scheduler was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Then when Wagih was sent out, he did a thorough check as he inspected my unit & was upfront about the severity of my fridge’s impending demise. He said it’d cost more to fix than it would to buy a whole new unit. He could have just given me a quote & fixed it but he didn’t. He explained what was wrong & why it wouldn’t be beneficial for me to try & keep a unit that’s on its way out. Tysm guys for the honest service you provide!
