Technician Sam Jenkins came out to find out why my AC wasn’t working.  He found the problem quickly, explained what went wrong, showed me the malfunctioning part, and installed a new one.  Then he went over the rest of the unit to make sure everything was operating correctly.  He was very kind and professional.  The repair was competitively priced and everything is operating well. Mike came out to perform our second annual service under contract. Everything working fine but suggested making a few mounting adjustments to the air handeler to make it easier for future service and inspections. Said it would be no cost to us as they installed the new system a few years ago. I appreciated his honesty and desire to make those modifications for all future service work.
