I have never been so pleased with an A/C business, and with a business in general. They arrived a day earlier than expected. The nicest woman called me from their office and updated me on every detail and time frame of when they would be arriving. I unfortunately did not get the name of both of the technicians, but Daoud and his coworker were both amazing. They walked me through the entire process and were very considerate of my own schedule for the day. I am seriously so grateful for my experience with this business, and will most definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you!!

He was very professional, and very thorough and efficient AND he cleaned up any mess he made. They even responded to a text on a Sunday night when I had to cancel a scheduled appointment for Monday. The employee who came to the house was very professional- very kind and very punctual. He also made sure I was able to take advantage of replacing items that were under warranty besides fixing the issue scheduled for. I was very pleased and am glad I came across this company. Their rep George came out late Sunday evening, even after his family day, and found the issue was a part(non-warranty) had just stopped working. He got it fixed quickly and we had cold air flowing again. George was very courteous and professional in his work ethics. Super appreciative of Expert Home Service. From the call for scheduling to the technician, they were super kind and got our AC going again. Leo and George were super kind and efficient when troubleshooting and fixing my AC unit. Leo was great in explaining the issues and answering my questions and George quietly and quickly fixed the issue.
