Joe Piganelli

Joe was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Joe completed the Navy’s nuclear propulsion instruction and training program before reporting to a submarine home ported in Connecticut.  Joe led divisions of sailors in the engineering department, served as the submarine’s Diving Officer and was responsible for the safe operation of the submarine’s nuclear reactor during several deployments in support of U.S. national security priorities.

After Joe’s active duty service in the U.S. Navy, he served as the operations manager of a steel fabrication plant in St. Louis, MO and completed business school at Washington University in St. Louis.  Joe is passionate about the opportunity to make a difference for each Expert Home Service customer by providing valuable solutions, expertise and quality customer service.

Jonathan Quiceno

Jonathan served in the U.S. Marine Corps, after graduating with honors from boot camp. He continued serving with distinction, earning his way to the rank of Sergeant and the billet of Infantry Squad Leader. Jonathan completed deployments to Ramadi, Iraq, Helmand Province, Afghanistan and the Republic of Georgia. He served with the 1st Battalion, 9th Marines and 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines. Jonathan was awarded the Bronze Star Medal with Combat “V” and three Navy Achievement Medals, among other commendations.

After Jonathan’s active duty service in the U.S. Marine Corps, he completed his undergraduate education at Temple University and gained private sector experience in the financial services and insurance sector. Jonathan is committed to providing an exceptional level of service and professionalism to his customers at Expert Home Service.
